About the role

At Reckitt, we’re driven by our purpose to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. As Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability and performance of our manufacturing operation.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key transformation journey within the site, shaping the future of maintenance, reliability and automation. You'll have broad ownership across production assets, critical utilities, facilities and calibration processes, helping deliver operational excellence while developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.
Your impact will be visible across the entire plant, influencing business performance, asset reliability and long-term manufacturing capability.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead maintenance and utilities operations to ensure the availability, reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment and critical site services.
  • Manage maintenance activities across production lines, HVAC systems, compressed air, purified water, electrical systems, facilities and infrastructure.
  • Drive the implementation of Autonomous Maintenance and strengthen TPM practices across the site.
  • Develop and execute maintenance strategies that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime and enhance OEE performance.
  • Lead a team of technical professionals, supporting their development, engagement and performance while fostering a strong safety culture.Manage maintenance budgets, including OPEX and CAPEX investments, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis and reliability initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strengthen maintenance planning and governance through SAP PM, improving compliance and execution of maintenance plans
  • Partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply and other key stakeholders to support site objectives.
  • Lead automation, modernization and asset renewal projects aligned with the site's transformation roadmap.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and regulatory requirements at all times.

The experience we're looking for

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience leading industrial maintenance operations within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience managing maintenance programs for production equipment, utilities and facilities.
  • Proven success implementing TPM, Autonomous Maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives.
  • Experience delivering measurable improvements in OEE, equipment availability and maintenance effectiveness.Strong knowledge of critical utilities, including HVAC, compressed air, purified water and electrical systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP PM and maintenance management systems.
  • Experience managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
  • Demonstrated success leading technical and unionized workforces.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
 

Preferred:

  • TPM, RCM, CMRP or Six Sigma certifications.
  • Experience leading automation and digital transformation projects.
