About the role
Drive the commercial performance of the region through the design, implementation, and optimization of processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance the productivity of the MSF and Medical Marketing teams while enabling regional synergies and visibility.
The role leads the definition, implementation, and governance of commercial incentive models aligned with the business’s strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities
- Lead the optimization of reporting processes and the standardization of KPIs across Latin America.
- Manage commercial incentive models aligned with strategic KPIs.
- Oversee sales platforms and tools (CRM, analytics, reporting).
- Generate actionable data‑based insights to improve execution and results.
- Ensure training and adoption of tools and processes by sales teams.
- Coordinate regional productivity and commercial transformation projects
The experience we're looking for
Academic Background:
- Actuarial Science
- Statistics
- Industrial Engineering
- Applied Mathematics
Work Experience: At least 10 years in the industry
Required Language Level: Advanced English
Required Job Knowledge: Experience in SFE, MSF management, and incentive models
