About the role

We're in search of a proactive Microbiology Analyst who wants to join the Reckitt team, where innovation and science converge to make a real-world impact. You'll contribute to the growth of our trusted product portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Location of the role: Mexico City, Tlalpan.

Your responsibilities

- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or another relevant science.
- Familiarity with R & D processes and working within a GMP environment.
- Strong project management experiences with demonstrable problem-solving skills.
- Independent and self-starting with the resilience needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate others, showing strong interpersonal competence and team commitment.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to propose improvements and challenge the status quo for better results.
- Adaptable and collaborative nature, prepared to take accountability for a broad range of activities.

The experience we're looking for

  • Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or another relevant science.
  • Familiarity with R & D processes and working within a GMP environment.
  • Strong project management experiences with demonstrable problem-solving skills.

  • Previous experience in Microbiology within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Technical skills: Media preparation, growth promotion, microorganism identification, and sample handling.
  • Education: Chemist Bacteriologist Parasitologist.
  • Compliance: Good documentation practices, data integrity (ALCOA).
  • Systems: SAP, Quality One, Excel.
