Gerenciar los proyectos de Self Care y IW, garantizar timelines, acciones y budgets de acuerdo a los planes. Ser el focal point en Mexico para discusiones/reportes con liderazgo Local y Regional.

Your responsibilities

Focal point local para proyectos de Innovación y Base.
Liderar y reportar status y avances de manera adecuada al fórum y que direccione para soluciones.
Actuar como solucionador de problemas.

The experience we're looking for

Liderar el equipo directo y cross functional enfocada en los entregables del proyecto.
Reportar avanzos y/o retrasos al liderazgo de Reckitt, proponer planos de accion para alcanzar objetivos.
Actuar como focal point local para demandas desde el país hacia global y desde global hacía el país.
Experiencia en gerenciamiento de proyectos, desarrollo de productos o temas relacionados.
