Your responsibilities

Responsible for leading the strategy and execution of traditional and digital media campaigns for Reckitt Core brands, coordinating with agencies and internal teams to ensure results aligned with business objectives.

• Manage with the media agency the strategy for traditional and digital campaigns for Reckitt Core brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams the implementation of campaigns, ensuring budgets, timelines, and KPIs are met

• Monitor and analyze campaign results in traditional and digital media, generating actionable insights to optimize performance

• Work closely with brand teams to define and adjust communication and media strategies

• Manage media investment, both traditional and digital, optimizing performance by platform, channel, and format

• Identify opportunities for improvement and media trends to strengthen brand presence

• Follow up promptly on deliverables, reports, and action plans, ensuring organized and efficient execution

The experience we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration or related
- Media (Meta, Google, Netflix, etc) & Influencers marketing
- Media Agencies & Brand teams
- CPG or FMCG experience desirable
- Advanced level of english

Consumer Insights, Presentation skills, Product sustainability, Creativity, Commercial acumen, Brand Management.
