About the role

Join Reckitt’s global PLM transformation, a strategic initiative designed to improve how product data is managed across R&D, Procurement, Supply, and Marketing. As part of the Packaging Specification Compliance team, you will help manage and improve packaging specifications, ensuring data quality, compliance, and standardization across global sites.

Your responsibilities

Support the packaging material specification portfolio for assigned packaging categories.
Maintain and improve specification data quality and compliance.
Consolidate specifications, eliminate duplicates, and drive standardization.
Analyze specification data and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Packaging, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and R&D teams.
Support KPI tracking, reporting, and audit activities.

The experience we're looking for

Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience with packaging materials, specification management, or documentation systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
