About the role

Step into a key leadership position as Senior Finance Manager - Controls at Reckitt. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in uplifting our financial control environment, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional controls assurance and transformative activities. Your responsibilities

· Oversee Record-to-Report (RTR) operations, ensuring accurate and compliant execution of core financial processes

· Lead daily journal entry postings, account reconciliations, and intercompany transaction management across regions

· Monitor service delivery performance and resolve escalations related to month-end close and reporting activities

· Collaborate with Finance, Controllership, and delivery partners to maintain process integrity and compliance

· Drive timely completion of period-end close activities and ensure accuracy of financial statements

· Identify and escalate data quality issues, contributing to remediation and strengthening of internal controls.

· Champion process standardization and automation initiatives to reduce manual interventions and improve efficiency

· Support audit readiness and compliance reporting in alignment with global RTR policies

· Mentor and guide operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence

The experience we're looking for

· Minimum 7 years of experience in Record-to-Report, Finance Operations, or shared services environments, with a strong track record of operational excellence

· Deep understanding of RTR processes including journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and period-end close activities

· Demonstrated ability to lead service delivery teams, manage escalations, and drive performance across global operations

· Proven experience in identifying data quality issues and implementing process improvements to enhance accuracy and compliance

· Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual interventions

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Controllership, and delivery partners

· Solid knowledge of audit requirements, internal control frameworks, and compliance standards

· Experience mentoring and developing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, timely outcomes
