Your responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of sales force deployment, segmentation, targeting, and sizing to meet our business goals.
- Design and administer sales incentive plans, contests, and recognition programmes to uplift and motivate our sales team.
- Oversee the enhancement of CRM and sales force applications, prioritising data integrity and user experience.
- Analyse sales activities using advanced analytics, delivering insightful reports to optimise our sales force's productivity and performance.
- Identify opportunities for sales force improvement, providing recommendations that will influence our path to success.
- Coordinate training and development programmes to ensure our sales force is consistently advancing and meeting industry standards.
The experience we're looking for
- Seasoned in sales force effectiveness, operations, or management, preferably within healthcare or consumer goods sectors.
- A proven history of nurturing sales excellence and stimulating sales growth amidst challenging, competitive environments.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, driven by a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Confident, clear communicator with the ability to influence and build consensus among a diverse array of stakeholders.
