About the role

We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager Self Care who can breathe life into our products and tell compelling stories that captivate our diverse audience. At Reckitt, you'll harness your marketing expertise to craft strategies that resonate across markets and drive significant growth. Your responsibilities

  • Develop strategic brand plans aligned with consumer, HCP, and pharmacy needs to drive positioning, penetration, and profitable growth.
  • Create media briefs and translate them into effective, multi‑channel media plans, ensuring COFEPRIS compliance.
  • Lead full P&L management for assigned brands, including Net Revenue, Gross Margin, and marketing investment.
  • Oversee monthly budget control and performance reporting to Finance.
  • Define and execute the 3D & 4Ps strategy in partnership with Trade Marketing, ensuring timely follow‑up and flawless execution.
  • Build and integrate key building blocks into the monthly demand planning process to influence sell‑out.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop direct reports, strengthening their capabilities for future succession opportunities.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager / Product Manager in the Pharmaceutical Industry, ideally in OTC products (RX experience is also valid).
    Additional experience in medical detailing/field visits is a valuable plus, though not mandatory.

Education / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing & Advertising, or Health Sciences.

The skills for success

  • 100% fluency in English
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of COFEPRIS regulations
  • Ability to interpret, manage, and generate IQVIA, Close‑Up, and Nielsen reports
  • Understanding of Search strategies (digital/search marketing)
  • Experience managing sales budgets and marketing investment budgets
  • Ability to design building blocks that drive incremental sell‑out performance
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with medical societies, target‑aligned associations, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Effective collaboration with international and cross‑functional teams
