About the role

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of finance at Reckitt. As part of the Planning & Reporting Centre of Excellence, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality insights, streamlining reporting processes and supporting data-led decision-making across the business. You’ll collaborate with teams across markets and functions to ensure consistency, accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you’ll help automate forecasting, standardise reporting and contribute to transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities

  • Build and maintain standard reporting packs to support informed decision-making 
  • Manage dashboards and reports to enhance financial visibility and performance tracking 
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and variance commentary to support strategic decisions 
  • Support forecasting automation and planning cycle coordination 
  • Provide scenario templates and modelled assumptions for consistent planning 
  • Collaborate with market finance teams to ensure a single source of truth 
  • Contribute to finance transformation by streamlining and automating processes 
  • Assist with deep-dives, scenario modelling and leadership reporting 
  • Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables 

The experience we're looking for

 
  • A broad range of experience in finance, reporting or analytics, ideally within consumer goods
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and presentation
  • Familiarity with financial planning and analysis processes
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and financial modelling
  • A continuous improvement mindset with experience in process optimisation
