About the role

The Talent Attraction Advisor – Early Careers will lead the end-to-end recruitment delivery and operational excellence of Early Careers programs across the Americas (North America, Canada, and LATAM).

This role acts as the critical connector between strategy and execution, partnering closely with the Early Careers Talent Manager in North America and regional LATAM stakeholders to ensure a consistent, scalable, and best-in-class Early Careers experience across all markets.

The role combines hands-on recruiting leadership, stakeholder management, and project management, with a strong focus on standardization, process optimization, and candidate experience.

Your responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. North America Recruitment Delivery & Partnership

· Act as the primary Talent Attraction partner for Early Careers hiring across the US & Canada.
· Partner closely with the Early Careers TA Manager (Talent & Development) to translate strategy into execution.
· Lead and oversee delivery through two TA Sourcers, ensuring:  Strong pipeline generation, Quality candidate experience and Timely hiring delivery
· Step into hands-on recruitment activities when required for critical roles or peak demand periods.
· Ensure alignment between Talent Attraction and Talent Development priorities.

2. LATAM Program Governance & Project Management

· Act as Early Careers Project Manager for LATAM, covering: Mexico, Central West LATAM (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador) and Brazil
· Coordinate with regional Early Careers champions to:
                                          Ensure consistent execution of recruitment processes
                                          Align local programs with Americas standards
                                          Drive operational excellence

3. Standardization & Process Transformation (Americas)

· Lead the harmonization and standardization of Early Careers processes across Americas.
· Ensure replicable and scalable processes across all markets.
· Bridge maturity gaps between North America (advanced) and LATAM (developing)
· Drive implementation of:
                                     Standard recruitment workflows
                                     Automation tools and best practices (Cappfinity)
                                     Consistent assessment methodologies

 

4. Data, KPIs & Continuous Improvement

· Track and analyze key Early Careers recruitment metrics
· Ensure data-driven decision making across regions
· Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization initiatives

5. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

· Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all Early Careers programs in the Americas.
· Support the execution of a compelling Early Careers value proposition aligned with global standards (global and local initiatives)
· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure inclusive and engaging hiring journeys

The experience we're looking for

· Strong end-to-end recruitment execution capabilities, particularly in Early Careers or high-volume hiring
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions and functions
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from design to execution
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on recruitment KPIs
· Excellent communication and influencing skills in a matrix organization
· Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.
