About the role

The Tax Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the tax processes, ensuring compliance with local and international tax legislation, as well as global tax policies and procedures. This position is key to minimizing tax risks, optimizing the tax burden ethically and efficiently, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies. Essential Home is a division of Reckitt Benckiser specializing in home care products such as Air Wick, Mortein, Calgon, and Cillit Bang.

The experience we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate tax management.
  • Background in multinational companies within the consumer goods industry or similar sectors.
  • Strong command of Mexican and international tax legislation.
  • Advanced proficiency in tax and accounting tools (e.g., SAP).
  • Experience with multinational structures, including cash pooling, management fees, royalties, and others.
