Sobre el puesto

Diseñar, implementar y liderar la estrategia de entrenamiento y desarrollo de capabilities para los equipos de visita médica y de visita a farmacias, garantizando la excelencia en ejecución, el fortalecimiento de competencias y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio. Será responsable de impulsar una cultura de aprendizaje continuo mediante programas de capacitación, coaching en campo y evaluación del desempeño.

Tus responsabilidades

• Diseño e Implementación de Programas de Entrenamiento
• Desarrollo de fuerza de ventas
• Coaching y desarrollo de talento
• Efectividad de programas de entrenamiento
• Coordinación y trabajo con diferentes áreas del negocio
• Planes de entrenamiento y desarrollo
• Acompañamiento en campo, convenciones, eventos, etc

La experiencia que buscamos

• Sólida experiencia en roles similares y en posiciones comerciales
• Diseño e implementación de programas de capacitación para fuerzas de ventas
• Fuerza de ventas y visitas médicas
• Coaching y Planes de desarrollo y de entrenamiento
• Liderazgo de equipos a nivel regional o naciona
• Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ciencias de la Salud o afines
• Inglés Deseable
• Office, Auditorías (DDD, ATV, Close UP) y Herramientas de visita a campo
