About the role
Analysis and support in treasury operations and processes for the business, ensuring compliance with the country’s financial regulations and adherence to both international and local standards, as well as global financial policies and procedures. The role adds value across all company processes by supporting decision-making in all areas that impact treasury operations, with the aim of preserving the reliability and integrity of financial information. It also ensures optimal control over business operations that affect treasury processes, thereby protecting the organization’s assets and reputation.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with cash management procedures through direct and indirect cash flow processes.
- Provide support in project management activities related to treasury operations.
- Drive process improvements and task automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Operate and manage banking platforms for daily treasury transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for corporate stakeholders.
- Monitor and execute bank reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate accounting of all banking transactions.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Public Accounting.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Technical knowledge of accounting and financial processes related to treasury operations.
- Experience with banking platforms and bank reconciliations.
- Highly preferred: experience with SAP.
- English: Intermediate to Advanced level.
- Soft skills: resilience, tolerance to frustration, integrity, honesty, and reliability.
