𝐓𝐡𝐞 "𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐫 & 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫" 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐅𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝-𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝-𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥.
Your responsibilities
Content Editing & Post-Production (Primary Responsibility)
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, brand campaigns, internal communication, and digital platforms.
- Ensure edits follow brand guidelines, tone, and narrative style.
- Perform colour correction, sound balancing, and basic motion graphics/text overlays.
- Repurpose/raw content into multiple formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, vertical videos, square formats).
- Maintain an organised archive of footage, project files, and assets.
Camera Operation & Basic Shooting
- Operate small-format cameras (DSLR/mirrorless) for in-house shoots, interviews, product shots, and social content. + Gimble operations via phone/action cams to make quick high quality short form contents.
- Set up minimal lighting and audio equipment for clean, sharp output.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, event highlights, and micro-content as needed.
- Coordinate with brand/marketing team to understand storyboard and execute shots accordingly.
The education background and experience we're looking for
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any reputed university.
- 1–3 years of experience in content editing, videography, or digital content production.
- Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic knowledge of colour grading, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Experience handling DSLR/mirrorless cameras (Canon/Sony/Fuji, etc.).
- Solid understanding of social media trends, vertical content, and short-form editing.
- Strong sense of pace, narrative flow, and attention to detail.
- Ability to shoot simple setups with minimal supervision.
The skills for success
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop/Canva).
- Ability to handle simple lighting setups (softbox, ring light, LED panels).
- Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects).
- Understanding of brand content and creative marketing.
