About the role
At Reckitt, we're on the lookout for an HR Intern brimming with enthusiasm and ready to jumpstart their career in the world of Human Resources. As part of the Human Resources team, the HR Intern will support key people initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, Employer Branding, and Employee Engagement. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across functions. Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new joiners.
- Assist in organizing learning and development programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as events, campaigns, and internal activities.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by supporting content creation, social media coordination, and campus engagement activities.
- Assist in maintaining HR trackers, databases, and documentation related to recruitment, training, and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of HR initiatives and activities.
The education background and skills we're looking for
- 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 in any Undergraduate/ Postgraduate program in university.
- 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩.
- A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring high standards across all activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Clear and effective communication skill.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
- An independent thinker with Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
