Leaving our local marketing teams to deliver on our regional goals in partnership with our Sales teams.

 

About the role

Embark on an exciting marketing voyage with Reckitt as an Intern in our dynamic Brand Management team. You'll get to shape the customer journey and contribute to our passionate pursuit of building meaningful brand experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the execution of on-ground brand activation campaigns, including developing briefs, coordinating with agencies, reviewing proposals, and ensuring timely execution. 
  • Act as the primary liaison for all digital communications, ensuring smooth coordination with partner agencies for content development, campaign planning, and execution. 
  • Handle social media management across key hygiene brands (e.g., Lizol, Trix, Mortein, Mr. Brasso), with a focus on content strategy, platform engagement, and performance tracking. 
  • Oversee agency coordination for community management, query handling, and research activities. 
  • Participate in and document insights from regular Consumer Household Visits (CHVs) and market visits.
  • Assist in crafting presentations, data analysis and strategic documents, and contribute to campaign planning and brand growth initiatives.

Role Details

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Reckitt Bangladesh Head Office at Gulshan 1, Dhaka. 
𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝: 3 months (Can be extended according to candidate's qualification & departmental needs)
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬: 5 days (Sunday to Thursday)
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 10 AM to 6 PM. 

The education background and experience we're looking for

- 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 in any Undergraduate/ Postgraduate program in university.
- 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. 

- Basic understanding of diverse marketing concepts and practices.
- Awareness of key financial metrics related to brand health and market performance.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.

  • Clear communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines 
  • Passion for marketing and willingness to take ownership of execution-level responsibilities
