Leaving our local marketing teams to deliver on our regional goals in partnership with our Sales teams.

 

About the role

We are seeking a candidate to manage the end-to-end coordination of the vendor billing process from collecting estimates to ensure final payment to the vendor in compliance with Reckitt's SOP and timelines.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quotation Collection. 
  • Creating Work Order & PO (with approvals).
  • Bill Checking (with approvals).
  • VAT Assessment (rebate/non-rebate).
  • Submit Verified Bills to the Finance team for Payment Processing as per Reckitt SOP timeline.
  • Ensure Payment in accordance with Reckitt's payment term.
  • Share the Payment Proof to the Vendors.
  • Manage and maintain Marketing departmental documents.
  • Proper documentation of each step and strong tracking skills to monitor progress and compliance. 

Role Details

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Reckitt Bangladesh Head Office at Gulshan 1, Dhaka. 
𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝: 6 Months 
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬: 5 Days (Sunday to Thursday) 
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 10 AM to 6 PM. 

The education background and experience we're looking for

- 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 in any Undergraduate/ Postgraduate program in university.
- 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩. 
- Basic understanding of diverse marketing concepts and practices.
- Awareness of key financial metrics related to brand health.
- Knowledge of good documentation practice.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.

  • Clear communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Proven documentation skills
