About the role
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth of your brand and the achievement of financial & market share targets by leading the design and execution of the brand marketing strategy in line with country commercial strategy. As a member of the marketing team, you will be accountable and owner of delivering successful results regarding role’s relevant marketing mix.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Develop Strategic Direction & Growth Plan of the managed brands together with the Marketing Head.
- Design, Lead and Supervise implementation of Brand Marketing Strategies & Integrated activation of Business Development Initiatives (BDIs) customized to local market needs & insights with the aim of increasing brands’ awareness and sales.
- Drive business agenda & clearly communicate actionable insights and drive results across multiple teams using all available data and resources.
- Manage current portfolio & develop the necessary groundwork for mid & long-term launches pipeline based on opportunities identified.
- Work across functions including supply, sales and finance to ensure smooth translation of brand strategy and plan to market.
- Drive the development & coordinate with all Media Agency for the formulation and implementation of the Annual & Monthly media plans.
- Lead digital scale-up within marketing by driving influencer strategy, content creation, and integrated digital campaigns to strengthen brand equity, engagement, and growth.
- Management of relations with CDO/ CGO and impacting global strategy in constructive and proactive way to support local market.
- Conduct consumer market research, draw conclusions and indicate actions accordingly.
- Manage P/L and budget control development.
- Support the Trade marketing team as required in optimizing product assortment per channel and promotional strategy.
- Support the Sales team in delivering product trainings.
The education background, experience & expertise we're looking for
- At least 5 years of experience across brand management and brand building, with proven involvement in delivering integrated campaigns and product launches.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related subject from a recognized University.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital ecosystems to support brand engagement and growth is strongly preferred.
- An ability to combine strategic thinking with decisive action, backed by a sharp commercial mindset.
- Insightful grasp of consumer behaviour and market trends, with an emphasis on the local and global perspective.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at nurturing relationships and managing stakeholders with ease.
