𝐓𝐡𝐞 "𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫" 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐟𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝-𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝-𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥!  

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Anywhere in Bangladesh. 

Your responsibilities

𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦

Ø Complete visiting all assigned territory’s Vision Store outlets within one quarter timeline

Ø Ensure Vision Store booklets, shelf talkers, any POSM designed specifically for Vision Store outlets at all Vision Store outlets

Ø Check the display planogram to see if it's as per program modality. Instruct & assist CM if the display is not executed as per guideline.

Ø Ensure all the shelves are executed as per the provided guidelines.

Ø While visiting outlets, inspect Vision Store booklets at the retail outlet end to check & ensure all activity, execution & reward disbursement.

Ø Taking notes and sharing Territory Vision Store audit reports/findings (with visited outlet information) with TCMs within the weekend of the visit day (within the week)

Ø Check and manage any gift disbursement grievance.

𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭

Ø Random retail outlet visits for product availability (mystery shopping)

Ø Checking whether DBs with Sales Billing systems are abiding by compliances, i.e.: providing system printed memos to retailers, providing FOCs or discounts as per month’s trade offer program etc.

Ø Manage gift disbursement grievance.   

𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭

Ø Check upon instruction of HO, whether DB’s product delivery is being executed as per the Sales Billing system, system-generated memo compliance, delivery of products. 

Ø Check upon instruction of HO, Salary, allowances, and Incentive disbursement compliance by DB

Ø Check upon instruction of HO, stock count warehouse condition of DB

Ø Check upon instruction of HO, the presence of required manpower/Field Force personnel

The education background & experience we're looking for

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university. 

2. Having relevant working experience in an FMCG environment will be considered an added advantage.
