About the role

Your responsibilities
New Product Development (NPD) and Engineering Process Development (EPD):
- Contribute to the establishment of quality agreements covering aesthetic, basic function, and packaging aspects.
- Conduct engineering sample inspections and generate reports.
- Conduct 3K trial run sample inspection and generate reports.
- Support technical transfer activities, including trial run inspections and SOP compliance.
- Assist in the development and endorsement of technical manuals and quality agreements with EMOs.
- Align process flow charts, control plans, and FMEA with EMOs.
Shipment Release:
- Ensure products meet specification and standard requirements through appropriate testing methods, frequencies, and AQL levels.
- Prepare and summarize inspection reports.
- Follow up on rework/sorting activities in accordance with CAPA for future commercial production batches.
- Collaborate with EMOs on container loading checks and Certificate of Conformity/Certificate of Analysis.
Compliance:
- Monitor change control processes and CC status for products manufactured at EMOs.
- Support QMS Engineer to conduct Regular audit of the EMOs to desired standards (ISO9001, ISO13485, Global Manufacturing Quality Standards, EMO Quality Manual) and publish reports per relevant procedure.
Consumer/Customer Complaints, Quality Issues, and Recall:
- Collaborate with EMOs to investigate quality issues through records, retained samples, and assembly processes.
- Report quality issues identified through daily production report, process audits and outgoing inspections.
- Follow up on the implementation and verification of CAPA within EMOs.
Assignments (rotating):
- Contribute to various quality-related reports and summaries, including RFT, CAPA, and Production deviation summaries.
- Participate in key project KPI reporting and management reviews.
- Monitor change control processes and CC status for products manufactured at EMOs.
- Manage production deviations, OOS, and non-conformances in line with Reckitt expectations, contributing to CAPA, SPIN, and risk assessments.
- Conduct Theme Check per regular plan
- Conduct Ongoing Stability check for retained samples and report
- Monthly upload documents to SharePoint including: Inspection report (OQA), Inspection summary, Rotation record, CoA and Shipment summary, NPD&EPD trial run report,
- Update and upload documents to SharePoint (if applicable) including: write-off, Daily production report, Signed samples list, GFS concession and deviation production summary, CoA distribution list, EMO key projects production rejection summary Top 5 defects, Ongoing Stability Testing Summary.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a multinational company or joint venture.
- Strong working knowledge of legislative requirements applicable to the industry.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, Risk Management, Root-Cause Analysis, and cross-functional problem-solving.
- Ability to confidently and effectively engage with suppliers.
