You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships. Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

Your responsibilities

Responsible for any out of stock or over stocked situation to understand the root cause and relate the impact to the business. Able to challenge status quo and provide solutions/opinions to improve current way of working to seek productivity.

Demand – Supply planning and Change: efficient and sufficient daily communications with oversea countries also internal/external counter part eg. Project Management, Quality Assurance and Suppliers.
Supplier/Co-packers' management: Manage the co-packers to meet company performance requirement with timely communication and feedback, clear production and shipment instruction.
Shipping management: weekly shipment reports by SKU for individual customer by gathering detail from suppliers.

Production capacity and ramp up schedule for critical items: oversee global Supply/Demand analysis and flag supply risk to the business, with proactive resolution plans to manager.
Inventory and liability control: actively reduce stock obsolescence by constantly reviewing the supply plans.

Cost control: precise/proactive production management to avoid airfreight.
Maintain and manage supply related reports e.g., weekly trackers, RR & JDE downloaded reports,

The experience we're looking for

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Material/Production or related to the field of Supply Chain Management.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Proficient business relationship internal & external. Team player and able to work with cross functional organization to ensure objectives are met.
Customer centric and with strong customer service mindset.
High levels of motivation to get the job done. Act as a change catalyst.
