Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities
As a Reckitt Trainee, you won’t be observing from the sidelines, you’ll be fully involved from day one. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real business projects, and gain exposure to a fast paced, purpose driven global environment.
With rotations potentially spreading across Sales, Trade Marketing, e-Commerce, and Marketing), you can expect to:
- Take ownership of meaningful projects that create real impact for the business
- Participate in day to day operations, supporting your team in achieving key deliverables
- Gain hands on experience, learning tools, systems, and processes relevant to your function
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and learn from leaders across the organization
- Build essential skills such as problem solving, communication, stakeholder management, and data analysis
- Be part of a culture that encourages curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement
Throughout the Trainee Program, you will also receive guidance, mentorship, and regular feedback to support your personal and professional growth. By the end of the program, you will walk away with practical experience, strong industry insights, and the confidence to step into the next stage of your career.
The experience we're looking for
- Recent bachelor’s degree graduates, preferably from Business/Commerce programs, with a maximum of 1 year of professional working experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Arabic speakers strongly preferred
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities
- Able to commit to a minimum duration of 1 year for the Trainee Program
