About the role

Are you passionate about creating content that resonates and connecting with users in meaningful ways? Reckitt is on the lookout for a Content and User Manager who thrives in crafting exceptional narratives and fostering engagement across digital landscapes. In this role, you will navigate the exciting intersection of content strategy and user experience, ensuring our audience receives an uninterrupted flow of captivating material. This role owns content generation and creator partnerships for digital commerce in-market. You are the primary connection between category teams, creative agencies, content contractors and the creator ecosystem. The goal is a reliable, always-on content engine that fuels social commerce and demand generation. You may manage a mix of creators, production contractors/interns and a creative agency day-to-day, keeping content quality high and output consistent across platforms.

Your responsibilities

Creator & Affiliate Management

  • Build and manage a creator roster aligned to category priorities and brand standards
  • Brief creators on campaign objectives, content format and platform requirements
  • Review content, approve for publishing and track performance daily and weekly
  • Manage creator contracts, payments and relationship health
  • Run the affiliate program, covering recruitment, tracking and optimization
  • Onboard new creators as the program scales

Content Production & Execution

  • Brief production contractors and interns on short-form video and campaign assets
  • Manage production timelines and asset delivery across all digital commerce platforms
  • Adapt regional content frameworks to local language, culture and platform format
  • Ensure all content meets brand and quality standards before it goes live
  • Organize assets through the DAM (Digital Asset Management) system
  • Track content performance weekly and feed insights back to the wider team

 

What Good Looks Like

  • On a day-to-day basis, this role keeps the content engine running. That means:
    Content going live on schedule, every day
  • Creators briefed, posting on time and hitting performance targets
  • A weekly dashboard that shows what is working, what is not and why
  • A creator roster that is actively managed, not just maintained
  • An affiliate program that is growing and converting
  • Fast feedback loops between content performance and the next brief

The experience we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience managing external partners directly
  • Good understanding of short-form video and at least one major platform (TikTok, Instagram or YouTube)
  • Comfortable tracking content KPIs and drawing clear conclusions
  • Strong communicator who can brief clearly and give direct feedback
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, content or creator management
  • Organized enough to run multiple workstreams at once
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer health or personal care
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms and program management
  • Working knowledge of Digital Asset Management tools
  • Experience adapting global or regional content to local markets
  • Basic video editing or production skills
  • Existing creator network in market
  • Experience working in a regional or multinational structure
