Content Creator (6 Month Contract)

Marketing

About the role

You don’t just follow trends — you spot them early and make them better.

This role is for someone who’s obsessed with TikTok/Reels, constantly saving ideas, and already thinking, “we could totally do this for a brand.” You’ll be the brain behind the content — turning trends into concepts, scripts into shoots, and ideas into content that actually performs.

Think: part creator, part strategist, part internet culture expert.

6‑month contractual role based in the UAE (extendable to 12 months based on performance).

Your responsibilities

  • Own weekly/monthly content calendars across brands.
  • Translate trends into scalable, shootable content ideas.
  • Write scripts, hooks, and live session flows.
  • Lead shoot planning and guide execution with Director & Editor.
  • Track performance and iterate using test–learn–scale approach.
  • Need to create 80-100 Content pieces in week with the team.

 

The experience we're looking for

  • Born to be creator.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok/Reels ecosystem.
  • Strong scripting, ideation, and planning capability.
  • Ability to manage high-volume content pipelines.
  • Experience as a content creator or in content production preferred.

 

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

  • Active public TikTok account with minimum 3,000 followers
  • Consistently creating and posting content.
  • Must share social handle as part of screening.
  • Must hold (or be eligible for) influencer/content creation permissions in UAE.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE (valid UAE work visa).
  • Must be legally allowed to create branded content in the UAE (including influencer/content permits where required).
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in shoots when required.
  • Open to being featured as part of Reckitt brand content during the contract duration.
  • Must comply with UAE regulations and Reckitt brand safety guidelines (no association with restricted/prohibited categories).
  • Basic hands-on comfort with:
    • Mobile/DSLR cameras
    • Lighting setups
    • On-set content production

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video culture (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
  • Team-first mindset — flexibility to support across roles during shoots.

  • Presentation skills, Storytelling, Creativity, Commercial accumen, Social Media
