About the role
The Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager drives execution excellence across Middle East Sales Operations ensuring strong coverage, visit productivity and in-store execution. The role enables execution discipline via technology adoption, geo-visibility and execution effectiveness through sharper governance. Working closely with Sales, Business Analytics and IT&D teams, the role focuses on commercial hygiene and process adherence to deliver consistent, high quality GTM performance.
Your responsibilities
GTM Strategy Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies
- Identify market opportunities and growth initiatives aligned with business objectives
Coverage
- Expand geo-tagged outlet coverage to improve execution traceability
- Institutionalize geo-tagging as a hygiene metric for sales rep deployment and planning
- Lead expansion and sustained activation of outlet universe, ensuring optimal reach and depth across markets
- Drive monthly ECO (active stores) growth, delivering consistent, market-wise performance improvement
- Own beat planning, coverage models and routing effectiveness, dynamically aligned to market potential and outlet productivity for both sales reps and merchandisers
Sales Force Automation, Visit Productivity and PJP Adherence
- Partner with IT&D on Sales Force Automation (SFA) implementation and compliance
- Institutionalize strong field discipline by tracking and governing daily PJP adherence via SFA, embedding productivity benchmarks into frontline routines
- Use PJP insights to identify inefficiencies, route overlaps and execution leakage for corrective action
- Expand Smart Order implementation and compliance in partnership with IT&D and Sales
Commercial Hygiene and GTM Governance
- Drive strong commercial hygiene and GTM governance
- Continuously identify and act on GTM leakages beyond predefined checklists, ensuring robust execution governance
- Ensure delivery of GTM priorities through sharp reporting, insight generation and action trackingTranslate reports into decision cues for sales leaders, enabling faster and more accurate execution corrections
Merchandising Operations, In-Store Execution and Visibility
- Develop the manning strategies and determine the most effective deployment of merchandising manpower across markets to come up with an efficient cost structure that would align to market’s priorities
- Partner with Sales and Merchandising Teams in the implementation and monitoring execution of Retail Performance Standards, considering as well operational factors in ensuring data collection is accurate, standardized and efficient
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing in the cascade of monthly/quarterly priorities and activities as well as other executional plans
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Sales in planning and reviewing Retail Performance Standards and point-of-purchase activities affecting merchandising effectiveness (i.e. OSA, Share-of-Shelf, Secondary Displays, Vision Stores)

A successful Go-to-Market Manager is a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen who can translate business objectives into executable market strategies. They excel at cross-functional collaboration, influence without authority, and leverage data-driven insights to drive revenue growth, accelerate product adoption, and improve customer outcomes.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Business Strategy, Sales Operations, or related roles
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and product launches
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and product management disciplines
- Experience in technology, software, cloud, telecommunications, or B2B industries preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
