About the role
The OCM lead at the local deployment site is responsible for supporting the local business through their change journey to maximise system adoption of SAP and achieve stabilization of new processes and ways of working. This will be done through the execution of the change management methodology, plan and toolkit.
Your responsibilities
- Lead all change management activities in line with the Reckitt change management methodology and toolkit
- Work closely with and co-ordinate the work of site-based Training Coordinator
- Contribute to the evaluation of the change management toolkit for future developments
- Develop and maintain a local stakeholder map and engagement plan
- Coach and support local SAP Super Users to become SAP change agents to drive change management activities with impacted end users
- Conduct temperate checks with Site Leadership and end user groups to assess change readiness and engagement levels
- Drive the identification and assessment of local impacts of change (IOC)
- Ensure the development of action plans for each IOC
- Ensure engagement and alignment with site leadership in respect of key IOCs and action plans
- Monitor progress and effectiveness of action plans for each IOC to track change readiness and resistance
- Own the local communication plan for internal and external stakeholder groups, develop and then coordinate delivery of local communications artefacts and campaigns
- Create impactful communications materials as needed e.g., townhall presentations, SharePoint sites, posters etc.
- Arrange and follow through on local role mapping education activities for Super Users
- Oversee the role mapping activity to ensure end users receive the right SAP access according to new processes, in a controlled way
- Support Super Users to identify potential workload impacts on end users
- Work with local HR leads to put in place the structures needed to maintain the SAP Super User role post go live via succession planning
- Responsible for the development and scheduling of local training plans
- Close collaboration with local leadership to ensure users are available for mandatory training
- Track and report on training status to local leadership
- Identify, implement, track and report on business readiness through Leadership and OCM Governance forums
- Proactively and effectively manage the OCM deliverables for key Toll Gate meetings
The experience we're looking for
- Prior experience of organisational change management within a large-scale programme (ideally SAP change management experience)
- Passion for organisational change management and experience of managing resistance
- Familiarity with planning of training programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong project management and influencing skills
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
- Excellent language skills for local site language both verbal and written
