Your responsibilities

  • Assist in co-ordinating materials, components, and service requirements for external manufacturing partners.
  • Support the team in sourcing studies and analysing pricing from EMOs.
  • Help review cost breakdowns, contract terms, and supply risks for externally produced goods.
  • Assist with gathering data for quarterly supplier reviews.
  • Maintain procurement trackers related to EMO volumes, pricing and supply performance.
  • Support cost‑saving and cost‑avoidance analysis for EMOs.
  • Update ERP and supplier master data as required (under supervision).
  • Support change management and project rollout activities at EMOs.

The experience we're looking for

  • A degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
  • Previous work or internship experience including graduate work is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work confidently with data.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, Anaplan or equivalent).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
