About the role
We're in search of a proactive Quality Assurance Project Manager to join the Reckitt team, where innovation and science converge to make a real-world impact. Your responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, quality, and compliance of all products manufactured for Reckitt in line with internal specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Drive process improvement through digitalization and automation, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and other digital tools to enhance efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure that TA’s and TM’s are up to dated and in place for all external manufacturers
- Development and maintenance of the on-going supplier assessment and re-approval programme based on risk.
- Monitor EMO performance using digital dashboards (Power BI) for early gap identification.
- Guarantee full compliance with the GFS (Good for Sale) process for NPD’s / EPD’s. Support first production run and first product release at manufacturing site.
- Responsible for quality performance monitoring in order to set up the corrective/preventive actions in case of any troubleshooting.
- Lead automation of quality processes (e.g., change control, CAPA tracking, supplier audits) using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Implement data-driven risk assessment models and predictive analytics for proactive quality management.
- Develop real-time KPI dashboards for performance monitoring and reporting.
- In case of deviation support EMO’s in root cause identification and CAPA
- Implement SPC to monitor KQA (key quality attributes).
- Coordinate with other function and perform technical risk assessments for local manufacturing NPDs, EPDs and critical situations for manufacturing site.
- Ensure that for Primary Packaging Material the CoA is designed to monitor all key quality parameters.
- Implement and update the SOP for the routes of escalation where External Manufacturing issues arise.
- Validation management for product, process, equipment, utilities, computer systems in charge of the continuous quality evaluation of suppliers and execution of a supplier development program.
The experience we're looking for
- Strong knowledge of digitalization and automation tools, including Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality improvement methodologies
- Project management experience with proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in risk assessment techniques.
- Broad understanding of business processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for product quality and compliance
- Experience in data analytics, process automation, and dashboard development for performance monitoring
