About the role
Embark on a rewarding journey as the Reward Lead with Reckitt. Craft the blueprint for comprehensive reward programmes across a vast market or a set of markets, nurturing an environment where excellence is recognised and rewarded. Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, this role oversees all reward activities across the region (Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan), including annual compensation cycles, market benchmarking, and budgeting. Serves as the primary reward business partner, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with global policies and regional business priorities.
Your responsibilities
- Lead annual compensation and performance cycles, including pay-for-performance reviews, bonus programs, and related processes.
- Advise and partner with HR teams and business leaders on reward strategies, policies, and best practices.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to ensure competitive and compliant compensation and benefits offerings.
- Develop and maintain salary structures aligned with organizational guidelines and market benchmarks.
- Manage international mobility programs, including transfer offers and global benefit providers (e.g., medical, pension, mobility services).
- Oversee relationships with key reward service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive regional and global reward projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Review and approve exception cases such as retention bonuses, sign-on incentives, and salary adjustments.
- Evaluate job grading and advise on internal banding structures to maintain consistency and equity.
- Provide data-driven insights and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or a related HR discipline.
- FMCG or multinational experience highly preferred.
- Exposure to regional reward practices; knowledge of Middle East markets essential. Familiarity with Egypt and/or Pakistan is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders across regions.
