Your responsibilities
- The role requires frequent interaction with the sales field force, Marketing and Supply teams.
- Mainly responsible for driving the PLAN excellence Width, Depth & Efficiency measures for their respective brand/ channel
- Plays a key role within the Country Sales team, driving excellence in store (4P) execution across key customers/key accounts.
- Ensuring Price Corridor and Trade Pricing Balance across the National landscape → meanwhile catering to different channel/ regional needs
- Managing trade marketing activities within the allocated budget; ensuring that actual expenditures do not exceed the trade budget.
- Analyzing and reporting any variations in the actual trade marketing expenditure versus budgeted.
- Developing strong insights with field interactions to creatively come up with consumer promotion propositions for the marketing team
- Forecasting Demand Planning streams for upcoming months, in line with liquidation plans for each region/channel
- Developing push tactics (instore executions) synonymous with pull generated (marketing end) for a holistic Reckitt brand presence in store.
- Interact with key stakeholders especially including Finance, Supply, Marketing and Sales account teams.
- Manage the costing of trade promotions periodically and settle distributor claims
- Conduct periodic internal audits of key customers, identify the pertinent issues and suggest remedies
The experience we're looking for
- Planning & Monitoring: Proactively collect and analyse relevant data and, where necessary, seek new data sources to identify opportunities for corrective action and growth.
- Building Business / Customer Relationships: Leads in the management of stakeholder interests and continually enhances relationships while building new stakeholder and company linkages
- Negotiation & Influence: Plans and undertakes complex and contractual business negotiations with major customers
- Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level ideally in a business-related subject
- 6-7 years of FMCG experience in Sales / Trade Marketing / Marketing and Key Account Management
