E Commerce

The eRB function is the eCommerce and digital execution engine of Reckitt. We help create a healthier, cleaner world by building shared success with our consumers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible through online channels. 
 
Within eCommerce we're focused on accelerating the performance and purpose of Reckitt brands to empower a bigger, faster and bolder eCommerce and digital business. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. 
 
Reckitt has around 800 eCommerce people across the world. In-market roles cover areas such as online Key Accounts and Performance Marketing, regional roles work with the markets to provide specialist expertise to accelerate online growth, and our global teams cover areas such as Amazon, EB2B and Direct to Consumer.

About the role

The Performance Marketing & e-Brand Executive reports to the Performance Marketing Manager and supports the growth of Reckitt brands across e-commerce channels in MENAP. The role is responsible for translating brand strategies into online execution through retail media, digital shelf excellence, e-content, and marketplace activations to drive visibility, conversion, and profitable growth. It serves as the digital extension of the brand team, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and platform stakeholders to accelerate e-commerce performance.

Your responsibilities

Strategic

  • Support the development of e-commerce growth strategies for all Reckitt brands, translating brand plans into online objectives across marketplaces, e-grocery and quick commerce channels.
  • Generate insights from retail media performance, digital shelf analytics, consumer behaviour and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions to improve sales, visibility and conversion.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales and Key Account Managers to plan new product launches, promotional events and key commercial moments, ensuring strong online execution and investment priorities.

 

Operational

  • Execute and optimize retail media campaigns across the paid eCommerce ecosystem such as Amazon Search Ads, Amazon DSP, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, Instashop, Careem and other strategic partners, delivering against revenue, ROAS, share of search and visibility KPIs.
  • Own digital shelf excellence by managing e-content, brand stores, product discoverability, ratings & reviews and online merchandising to improve conversion and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with agencies and platform teams to deploy campaign assets, monitor performance, manage budgets and deliver timely reporting and recommendations.
  • Support execution of upper-funnel and brand-building initiatives including sponsorships, homepage takeovers, influencer activations and seasonal campaigns across key e-commerce platforms.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing or related commercial functions.
  • Experience with marketplace advertising, retail media, FMCG or e-commerce environments is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Amazon Ads, DSP, Google Ads, Meta Ads or retailer media platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and recommendations from performance data.
  • Commercially minded with strong planning, project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Agencies and Retailer Partners.
