Your responsibilities

• Prepare and calibrate filling machines accoring to product specifications
• Ensures seamless production flow
• Load materials into the machine and monitor the filling process to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Prioritise safety, following our guidelines conscientiously to create a secure workplace for all
• Support the longevity of our machinery with regular maintenance, contributing to the efficiency of our operations
• Collaborate proactively with a diverse team to overcome challenges and hit production goals
• Other duties as assigned 

The experience we're looking for

• HS Diploma and/ or GED required
• Previous experience in manufacturing/production strongly preferred, but a strong desire to learn is also highly valued
• An aptitude for understanding and adhering to detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols
• Ability to work actively, which might include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights
• A detail-oriented and reliable approach, with the drive to take initiative and achieve high-quality results

US salary ranges

 USD 21.75/hr

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
