- Develop category‑specific and process design standards, including powder handling, allergen controls, and hygienic design.
- Define and oversee critical food safety controls for high‑risk nutrition products, addressing microbiological, chemical (e.g., heavy metals), and physical hazards.
- Partner cross‑functionally with R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams to embed food safety requirements early in product and process design.
- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing sites, co‑manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure compliance with category‑specific food safety standards.
- Lead audits, assessments, and periodic reviews of food safety implementation across internal sites and external partners, driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze global food safety data, trends, incidents, testing results, and audit findings to drive continuous improvement, training, and capability building.
