About the role

The IT Supply Manager leads the technology enablement of global supply operations across Supply Services, Logistics, Planning, and Manufacturing. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, maximize SAP value, and ensure high availability and performance of critical supply systems. The IT Supply Manager also drives delivery of IT projects and continuous improvements, ensuring stable operations while advancing digital capabilities across the supply network.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as the primary IT partner for global Supply Operations, translating business strategy into technology roadmaps and executable delivery plans.
  • Provide end-to-end supply chain process expertise across Supply Services/Procurement, Logistics & Distribution, Planning (demand/supply, S&OP), and Manufacturing (execution, quality, maintenance integration).
  • Lead process harmonization and standardization across regions, balancing global template governance with local business requirements.
  • Facilitate requirements, fit-gap, process mapping, and root-cause workshops; document user stories, functional specifications, and solution designs.
  • Own SAP solutions supporting supply chain operations, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Drive SAP configuration strategy, enhancements, and release planning across applicable modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, WM/EWM) and for other Supply applications.
  • Manage integrations and data flows between SAP and the wider ecosystem (WMS, TMS, MES, EDI, 3PL, analytics, and master data solutions).
  • Establish governance for master data, transaction quality, and reporting integrity across supply processes.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of supply-critical applications (SAP and integrated systems) to support global operations.
  • Lead ITIL-aligned service management practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Capacity Management.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and preventive actions to reduce recurring issues and improve operational stability.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards to provide end-to-end visibility of critical supply process flows.
  • Lead business continuity planning and testing (backup, disaster recovery, failover) with runbooks and regular validation.
  • Lead supply chain IT initiatives end-to-end, managing delivery methodology (Agile/hybrid/waterfall), cross-functional teams and vendors, scope/schedule/budget/risks, and driving measurable outcomes through continuous improvement and change adoption.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT delivery and/or IT product ownership supporting supply chain functions.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain business processes (planning, logistics, manufacturing, procurement/supply services).
  • Proven SAP expertise in supply chain-related solutions (hands-on functional leadership; configuration oversight; integration awareness). Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, or major upgrades
  • Knowledge of warehouse and transportation systems (WMS/TMS) and 3PL integrations.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns and interfaces (e.g., IDocs/BAPIs/APIs, EDI concepts, middleware such as SAP BTP or equivalent).
  • Experience leading IT projects with measurable outcomes; ability to manage multiple priorities across run + change.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, data governance, and analytics enablement for supply operations.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration experience in a global environment.

Salary Range

USD $118,000.00 -  $178,000.00

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
