About the role

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Work closely with patent attorneys to support the protection of Reckitt's innovations.
- Manage day-to-day operations for our extensive patent and design portfolios.
- Contribute to safeguarding the integrity of our intellectual property rights.
- Play a pivotal role in compliance management and risk mitigation for our patents.
- Engage in the continuous improvement and optimisation of internal patent management processes.

The experience we're looking for

- Qualifications as a paralegal or equivalent relevant experience.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a talent for prioritising complex workloads.
- Excellent communication skills that allow for effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability in meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach to seeking opportunities for process improvement in legal services.

US salary ranges

USD $72,000.00  -  $108,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
