About the role

Reporting to the TA Manager, your expertise will be key in sculpting our workforce, enriching lives, and delivering on Reckitt's promise of a healthier, happier world.

Your responsibilities

•    Responsible for full-life cycle recruitment including; sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing top-quality candidates for hourly and salary positions
•    Responsible for all the preboarding activities of the candidates
•    Identify candidates by utilizing multiple direct sourcing strategies including: Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking and cold calling
•    Identify appropriate sourcing strategies and leverage for greatest efficiency
•    Build strong relationships with hiring managers and the Human Resources team to guide and drive the recruitment process
•    Provide excellent candidate care and customer service to internal clients

The experience we're looking for

•    At least 1 year of recruitment experience
•    Proven success in managing and sourcing a high volume of job requisitions
•    Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the recruitment process and successfully manage challenging assignments
•    Knowledge and past use of a web-based applicant tracking system
•    Strong organizational, communication and time management skills are essential
•    Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

Salary Range

USD $50,000.00 -  $76,000.00

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
