Global Supply Chain Documentation Assistant
Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager – Global Supply Chain Programme Manager, the primary scope of the role:
• Ensure records of suppliers and contractors are fully compliant with regulatory and Reckitt guidelines to minimise risk to consumers, company and brand.
• Generates supplier evaluation packs to support supplier approval and ongoing supplier maintenance.
• Ensure quality technical agreements and all other supplier compliance documents are in place and within date.
• Supplier documentation management including QTA’s, templates etc.
• Supports the maintenance of the Raw and Packaging material supplier risk matrix and updates to the approved vendor list.
• Escalation where compliance verification gaps exist, partnering closely with procurement where supplier leverage is required.
• Reports KPI’s relating to documentation compliance.
• Supports the sites in their area of responsibility on supplier quality audit queries relating to documentation and compliance.
• Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

The experience we're looking for
• Broad understanding of supplier management and quality management systems
• Excellent communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills to drive activities to successful resolution.
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline is desirable, suitable experience will be considered
• Excellent PC skills particularly Excel, Outlook, Word
• Experience in a GMP environment (desirable).
• Internal / External audit experience (desirable).
