About the role

The Demand & Supply Planning Digitization Manager will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of demand forecasting and supply planning processes. This role will focus on leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and digital tools to enhance planning performance. The role holder will also be responsible for increasing adoption of Kinaxis DP & SCP. 

 

The role requires close engagement with Planning/Global CoE and Capability/Factory & MDM. The D&SPD Manager will primarily be responsible for improving user systems adoption, driving system enhancements and ensuring integration and partner with stakeholders to embed digital-first practices & continually lead Reckitt’s digitization journey

Your responsibilities

    Monitoring & maintenance of Demand & Supply planning parameters in Kinaxis, Transactional data management, Product-Location-Customer Attributes, Inventory norms, T-lanes, Production MOQs, Work center capacities
    Statistical forecast generation using advanced forecasting models and machine learning techniques
    Support the demand planners to improve forecast accuracy through demand sensing, causal forecasting, and predictive analytics
    Support supply planners to drive continuous improvement in the accuracy and reliability of system-generated production plans by analysing planning outputs, identifying gaps, and implementing process, parameter, and master data enhancements.
    Optimize inventory norms, transport lane configurations, and dispatch planning processes to improve inventory availability, logistics efficiency, cost performance, and customer service levels
    Monitor planning performance through KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis of variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve schedule adherence, service levels, and inventory efficiency
    Develop and manage reporting measures, dashboards, and KPIs to track planning system adoption, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement opportunities.
    Work on all future initiatives around systems and process transformation by liaising with global CoE. The role holder will be the first adopter from market w.r.t new processes & features within planning systems 
    Act as a market planning COE & change champion with respect to Demand & Supply planning processes and systems

The experience we're looking for

    MBA in Supply Chain or Operations Management
    4-5 Years of working in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations with experience in Demand or Supply Planning & Transformation
    Experience in supply chain planning and transformation programs using SAP IBP (HANA), Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or OMP, with a proven track record of improving planning processes, system adoption, and business performance.
    Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to translate planning system capabilities into effective on-ground execution, ensuring alignment between digital plans, operational realities, customer outcomes, and financial performance
    Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
    Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into scalable planning and digital transformation solutions 
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex planning concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
    Continuous improvement mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and drive process optimization 
    Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT functions 
    Change leader capable of driving organizational adoption of new planning processes, systems, and ways of working 
    Strong project and program management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional and global teams
