About the role

A Digital & Social Media Executive identifies, engages, and manages relationships with social
media influencers to execute campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive ROI. Key duties
include negotiating contracts, overseeing content creation, tracking performance metrics (KPIs),
and staying updated on digital trends to align with marketing goals

Your responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Influencer Identification & Outreach: Research and identify potential influencers across platforms
(Instagram, YouTube) that align with brand values.
• Relationship Management: Onboard, negotiate, and maintain long-term relationships with
creators, influencers, and KOLs.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute campaigns, ensuring high-quality, on-brand content
creation, including managing deliverables and timelines.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies and creative,
engaging campaigns.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and
engagement metrics, using data to refine future strategies.
• Contract Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
and legal requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative, and PR teams to align influencer content
with broader marketing initiatives.

The experience we're looking for

Key Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 1 to 3+ years in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital
marketing.
• Knowledge of Social Media: Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and
content trends.
• Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing performance data to calculate ROI.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets
simultaneously.
