Your responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial aspects, including cost monitoring for Factory, Supply, and Procurement functions.
• Analyze and review comprehensive End to End performance reporting for manufacturing operations, including preparation for Monthly Financial Reviews (MFRs)
• Driving month end activities for factories and outsourced service provider including variance analysis, trend analysis, product costing along with review with Finance Procurement Manager. 
• Analysis of purchase price variances, quantity variances, mix variances on monthly basis along with analyzing fixed/variable expenses.
• Responsible for BOM checking, standard rate update for both own plants and outsourced service provider. 
• Support the process improvement initiatives driven by the outsourced service provider with review and feedback. 
• Cost and Volume Reconciliation of contract manufacturing units. 
• Contract Analysis and identifying of cost saving opportunities 
• Support the annual/periodic internal and external audit, review audit schedules, review audit finding and drive improvements projects. 
• Compliance of cost records and cost audit under section 148 of the Company Act 2013.
• Computation of Net working capital for External Manufacturing Operations. 
• Cost control and reduction by way of financial forecasting - Continuous forecasting & review & monitoring of business plan to ensure the route to profitability. Identifying innovative ways of cost savings even beyond business plan, in a gainful manner with an out of box thinking is highly desirable.

• Finance, accounting, or business administration background.
• Proven proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• History of working with a meticulous eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
• Exceptional time management skills and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong project management experience within a finance context.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
