About the role
A high-profile role within the Global Supply Finance Centre of Excellence. As a GMVA Executive, the individual will act as the business partner to each Business Unit, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Services. They will own the end-to-end supply forecasting landscape ensuring timely and accurate information delivery across the supply organisation. This individual will support the Global Supply FP&A Performance and Transformation Controller during the forecasting cycle. They will own the delivery of the forecasting workbooks and presentation at Factory, Region and Business Segment. This role will also carry out comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and turn data into actionable insights.
Accountabilities:
• Forecasting & Planning:
o Prepares and publishes regional and factory workbooks and templates during each forecasting cycle
o Supports regions and factories during the TP Update process
o Performs P&L and Volume analysis across the regions during the entire forecasting cycle
o Collates and consolidates all workbooks and templates to provide and end-to-end supply performance for the Region, Area and Business
o Creates the forecast review template for factories, regions and areas
o Performance filling checks in SAC and Fusion ensuring timing and accurate filling of forecast.
• Analytics:
o Support custom and bespoke analytics and benchmarking studies across the factory and supply network.
o Supports with the computation and extraction of relevant data for any business case and sourcing study.
o Performs Cost and Volume Benchmarking across sites, technologies and regions
o Turns data into insight using tools to visualize trends, patterns and highlight opportunities for rationalisation and optimization
o Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data analysis and reports.

The experience we're looking for
Qualification and experience:
5 - 8 years of post-qualification work experience
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or relevant field – Essential.
Commercial experience in similar FMCG/CPG – Preferred but not Essential.
Previous experience in Factory Finance / ABC Costing – Preferred.
Understanding of Financial Planning, Performance and Reporting – Essential.
Project Management - Preferred but not Essential.
