About the role

Role Purpose
A high-profile role within the global supply finance organization managing both internal and external reporting. As a GMVA Sr. Officer, you will lead by supporting the reporting, forecasting and planning process for revenue and margin variance analysis. You will guide the Commercial FP&A and Supply FP&A teams in the regions to compile a NRVA and GMVA bridge, bring clarity behind the variances and numbers with clear understanding of the underlying drivers and methodology. You will support the Global Supply FP&A Manager and Global Supply Finance Director on governance, reporting, planning, and forecasting. You will drive better reporting and insights across the regions and markets for NRVA/GMVA at group level.

Responsibilities:
•    Work closely with the Regions to provide a clear and concise summary of overall performance to Group. 
•    Lead markets and regions to prepare accurate and timely Monthly Financial Results for NRVA/GMVA.
•    Provide central governance during MEC and Planning cycles and drive data quality and timely submissions from regions/markets.
•    Monitor the overall MEC timeline, govern the adjustments process and co-ordinate any master data corrections. 
•    Assist regions/markets to identify and explain variances, trends, and drivers of performance in volume, price, mix and COGS.
•    Provide insights and tools to the market to deep dive into variance analysis, sharpen insights and assist with problem areas.
•    Provide support in Reconciling GMVA to E2E COGS reporting and provides sharp insights into variances based on factual data at regional level.
•    Lead training and development for end users in market and regions.
•    Support stakeholders on ad hoc information, technical queries and projects.

The experience we're looking for

Qualification and experience:
•    +5 years of post-qualification work experience 
•    Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or relevant field
•    Commercial Finance experience in FMCG/CPG
•    Understanding of Financial Planning, Performance and Reporting
