About the role
The I&A Manager is responsible for ensuring that the voice of the consumer is integral to delivering business results with executional excellence. The role partners closely with Marketing and Sales teams to drive consumer-centric decision making and enable digital-first, data-driven marketing models within the Hygiene portfolio.
Your responsibilities
Consumer Voice and Knowledge Champion.
• Lead the end-to-end consumer insights and research agenda, including quantitative, qualitative, ethnographic studies, and consumer journey mapping.
• Design and drive innovation learning plans to fuel pipeline development and in-market success.
• Deliver holistic CMU performance narratives (penetration, share, brand health) to guide strategic decisions.
• Translate complex data and research outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape brand strategy, communication, and innovation, ensuring strong consumer grounding.
Brand Activation Tracking
• Manage the Brand Health Tracker for Hygiene, ensuring consistent measurement and insight generation.
• Integrate global and local learnings to provide forward-looking diagnostics.
• Support teams in optimizing brand activation and campaign effectiveness.
Performance Analysis
• Own Nielsen retail audit, driving strong adoption and usage across teams.
• Develop integrated dashboards linking syndicated and internal data to track performance and launches.
• Generate actionable commercial insights to support growth decisions.
Insights tools, Data & Transformation
• Support the I&A transformation agenda, including AI-enabled tools, data readiness, and quality governance with IT&D.
• Drive consumer-centric data integration, enabling a unified and accessible insights ecosystem.
Research design and management
• Own end-to-end market research projects, including design, execution, and synthesis.
• Leverage global tools and frameworks (e.g., BASES, LINK) to drive robust and consistent evaluation.
• Build and manage a scaled ad pre-testing ecosystem for faster and better creative decisions.
• Ensure research is fit-for-purpose, agile, and aligned with business needs.

The experience we're looking for
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Essential
• Demonstrated experience and skills in market analysis, qualitative and quantitative consumer, leveraging digital and tech capabilities for consumer and shopper insights
Preferred
• Experience of working on Ecommerce, omnishopper metrics etc is a good to have

• Results-oriented, independent, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
• Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills to build positive challenging working relationships.
• Commercial understanding of corporate and operational business issues.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, planning issues, budgeting, and priority setting.
