About the role

Your responsibilities

- Facilitate the strategic planning and execution of the product and platform roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
- Analyse diverse data sets to bolster project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Manage project documentation with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- Craft reports, dashboards, and metrics that inform decision-making and offer insightful recommendations.
- Champion communication and collaboration across teams, enhancing project transparency and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee risk, issue, and change management, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.
- Contribute to the refinement of delivery processes and standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven experience in facilitating IT product and platform delivery, particularly in an agile and global setting.
- Aptitude for leveraging a variety of IT applications and tools such as P3M, CRM / ERP, and HR systems.
- Familiarity with applying change and delivery frameworks, suited to local needs.
- Skill in creating and interpreting detailed project reports, enabling a culture of informed decision-making.
- A strong track record of project coordination, enhancing team performance and productivity.
- Competence in identifying and managing project risks, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Dedication to improving user experience and digital strategy through effective product and platform adoption.
