Your responsibilities
- Drive month-end closing process ensuring correct bookings and timely analysis of performance.
- Support with sales plans, forecasts, outlooks and strategic views.
- Support for strategic business initiatives (such as sizing, packaging, pricing decisions, etc.) with financial insights.
- Support business growth opportunities, such as new product development and investment analysis.
- Understand all aspects of the Commercial P&L, act as liaison between Sales Finance and Supply Finance with respect to S&OP planning, cost assumptions, commodity movements, inventory obsolescence, etc.
- Develop strong understanding of all customer trade investment strategies .
- Support Key Account managers providing necessary tools and information for year-end negotiations with customers.
- Manage functionality, usage and continuous improvement of various financial tools, process and procedures.
- Maintain positive and proactive interaction with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing, effective two-way working relationships for exchange of quality financial information.
- Ensure suitable tracking is in place to understand the portfolio performance at a category and SKU level, understanding growth products and drivers, and vulnerable products and drivers; taking action as required.
- Control trade terms, budgeting and provide ROI analysis of promotional activities.

- Job experience: 2-3 years’ working experience in Finance/Commercial Controlling

- Experience in extremely competitive, fast moving FMCG environment Industry: Branded Consumer Goods companies

- Strong IT & financial systems experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong commercial understanding
- Good to advanced accounting knowledge
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
