Your responsibilities
- Lead consumer and HCP insight projects to drive strong activation plans across Europe/ ANZ
- Collaborate closely with the global innovation and CAP teams across Pain, Sore Throat and GI.
- Lead innovation pipeline for Self-Care brands from Late-Phase Innovation stage to Launch Reco Approval for NPD, EPD and BDIs.
- Lead creative and comms development and validation end-to-end for Self-Care brands in the region.
- Collect Area Business & Consumer Insights along w/ Innovation Performance to feedback into category strategy and innovation (e.g., market opportunity analysis, consumer research)
- Post-launch research & analysis
- Lead insights to develop & identify Creative Idea for activation
- Lead I&A qualification requirements (incl budgets) and action accordingly across multi market
As I&A Manager, you will have:
- A deep understanding of consumers and HCPs across regions in Europe/ ANZ, and will be the Consumer Insights and Knowledge champion for the category in the Area
- Strong focus and involvement in brand and activation, identifying insights to develop comms and activation plan
- Analyse market, brand, product launch data to assess the performance across the area and enable the business to sense and respond to the market trends leveraging Nielsen & Kantar data
- Plan and manage the Self-Care CAP I&A budget with guidance from the SC I&A Director
- Supplier management: develop strong relationships with global and regional external research suppliers to ensure superior service and quality
The experience we're looking for
- Substantial experience in analytics roles with a focus on market insights, preferably on a global scale.
- Demonstrable success leading and mentoring a team dedicated to market research and analysis.
- Proficiency in using modern analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), with a good understanding of market research methodologies.
- Strong communication ability and a knack for nurturing partnerships at all levels of a complex organisation.
- A blend of creativity, strategic mindset, and solid commercial understanding, coupled with marketing optimisation and FMCG / consumer health sector experience.
- Passion about understanding human behavior and innovative thinker, always seeking new, efficient ways to drive innovation
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing or Market Research or Businesses Administration Berufsakademie
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer & market insights or a related field, with expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, preferably with prior experience working in Healthcare or FMCG
- The business language in Reckitt is English, therefore fluency in English is essential and fluency in local languages advantageous.
