About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst within our IT&D Digital Workplace Services team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and reliable IT services across the DACH & Nordics region. You will act as a key connection between local stakeholders and global technology teams - helping identify needs, improve service performance, and guide the delivery of technology initiatives that enhance business operations.


This role offers strong visibility, broad cross‑regional collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute to a major transformation of our digital workplace environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact for local business stakeholders, ensuring high service quality and a positive user experience.
  • Oversee the quality, availability, and performance of digital and workplace services within your region.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, using insights, feedback, and service data to enhance operational performance.
  • Coordinate local technology initiatives - from demand capture through successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to assess infrastructure needs and recommend relevant technology enhancements.
  • Support communication and change‑management activities to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Contribute to IT&D service strategy by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve service maturity.
  • Ensure effective governance, documentation, and adherence to operational standards.

The experience we're looking for

  • Several years of experience in IT service delivery, business analysis, technical coordination, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder‑management capabilities, especially in customer‑facing or cross‑functional environments.
  • Ability to coordinate service activities, understand technical topics, and communicate them in a clear and accessible way.
  • Practical understanding of IT operations, application landscapes, or infrastructure environments.
  • Experience working with external vendors or managed service providers.
  • Strong communication, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
  • Fluency in English.

 

Nice‑to‑have

  • Familiarity  with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) or IT service methodologies (e.g., ITIL).
  • Prince 2 (desirable)
  • Experience in working across commercial operations environments, R&D, or manufacturing.
  • Fluency in German.
