About the role

Are you passionate about crafting marketing strategies that resonate with healthcare professionals and transform patient care? Reckitt is seeking a Manager Medical Marketing who will bridge the gap between science and consumer needs to propel our brand into homes and hearts worldwide. Dive into a role where you will oversee the journey of medical products from concept to market, ensuring our message of health and wellness is heard. With your expertise, our innovative healthcare solutions will reach further and improve lives – including your own.

Your responsibilities

- Responsibility within pain indication for annual professional marketing goals, strategy and budget incl.HCP media budget.
- Planning annual activities (conferences, HCP fairs and local meetings) in alignment with brand startegy.
- Remaining close to industry best practices and work with cross functional teams to drive values for Reckitt, incl. internal and external Stakeholder  Management.
- Sales Materials: deliver well and timely executed materials & claims, incl.adoption of global content to match local needs & target group goals.
- Train new starters and HCP field teams on relevant formats, develop strategy & manage execution, leverage content for Omnichannel Activation and measure Impact.
- HCP Media: Support to identify right channels, execute on time and monitor & optimize on KPI basis.

-Co-Manging multiple agencies with regards to HCP communication in alignment with internal stakeholders and according to brand strategy.

The experience we're looking for

- Preferably a Master's Degree, at minimum a Bachelor's degree.
- 2-3 years in Medical Marketing of Professional Relations preferably for OTC products or equivalent experience (e.g. RX, Medical Devices, Dermo-cosmetics, Healthcare agencies).

- Native German or C1 level, English min. B2 level.
- Experience in the field of OTC advertising.

- Nice to have experience in: sore throat, analgesics, hear burn and indigestion.
- A creative mindset for innovation, eager to learn and develop.
