Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
The Sales Assistant supports a designated customer team and independently handles administrative and analytical tasks to assist the sales department.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain and create internal trackers (e.g., promotion analyses, price analyses, sell-in/sell-out, listing overviews)
- Manage customer tools (e.g., sales reports, price agreements, product data sheets)
- Calculate and send unit compensations for KAM partners
- Communicate assortment changes and maintain overviews
- Analyze Nielsen data
- Support customer meetings and presentations
- Assist with annual promotion planning
- Prepare offers including quantity adjustments and internal coordination
- Check invoices and perform SAP account assignments
- Brief agencies for flyer advertisements
- Handle sample shipments and back-office tasks
The experience we're looking for
- At least 2 years background in supporting Sales or Marketing teams with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Adept at communicating with warmth and efficiency, building strong interpersonal relationships.
- Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems to keep on top of tasks.
- Customer-centric approach, eager to solve problems and deliver top-notch service.
- Self-starter attitude, comfortable with taking initiative and managing workloads independently.
Requirements
Education:
- Successfully completed commercial training
Professional Experience:
- At least 2 years, ideally in sales or marketing
Technical Skills:
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong analytical abilities
Personal Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Hands-on mentality
- Organizational talent
Language Skills:
- Fluent in German (at least C1) and English (min. B2)
